Update: Continuance granted

My (excellent) attorney appealed to the Court, requesting that I be allowed to appear by telephone at the hearing that had been scheduled for today.  Ex resisted, demanding that I appear in person and contending that one cannot serve jail time via telephone.  The hearing has been reset for August 13th with my personal appearance required.  Stay tuned, Readers!
